Susanna Bird (soprano) completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Performance at Trinity College of Music in London in 1999.

Susanna’s operatic roles have included Dido in 'Dido and Aeneas', Oscar in 'A Masked Ball' for Figaro Opera, the title role in Lully’s 'Isis' and the lead role in Philidor’s 'Tom Jones' for The Dartington International Festival. She has also sung the role of Papagena, in 'The Magic Flute' for Opera School Wales, Second Boy in 'The Magic Flute' for Opera Box and First Boy in 'The Magic Flute' for Kentish Opera and Susan in 'The Dinner Engagement' for Morley Opera.
Susanna is also an accomplished Baroque and Early music performer and has sung solo recitals with Baroque ensembles extensively in London, including the Hackney Empire Theatre, for the theatre's monthly gala appeal. She has also given a series of concerts in Western France for two years, including the Grammont Abbey Festival in the Vendée. In 2005 she performed at the Warwick Arts Festival.
Susanna also performs as a solo recitalist in and around London regularly. Recently she has sung: Mozart's Requiem and Regina Coeli, Purcell's King Arthur, Handel's Messiah, Pergolesi's Stabat Mater, Bach's Cantata No 11 and Fauré's Messe Basse.
